Ragi Mudde (Millet Balls)

Ingredients:

1 cup ragi (millet) flour

2 cups water

Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Boil water + salt

Add a small spoon of flour → stir (prevents lumps)

Add remaining flour all at once

Mix hard (wooden spoon) until thick dough forms

Cover, cook 2–3 min

Shape into balls (wet hands)
