Ingredients:
1 cup cooked oat groats
1 carrot (chopped)
1 potato (cubed)
½ onion (chopped)
1–2 cups water or broth
1 tbsp oil or butter
Salt, pepper
Instructions:
Cook vegetables Pan: oil → onion → carrot → potato (5–7 min)
Add liquid Pour in water or broth → simmer until veg soft (~10 min)
Add groats Stir in cooked oat groats
Finish Simmer 5–10 min → season with salt + pepper
