Crispy Millet Chicken Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 120g chicken thigh (or breast)
  • 40g millet (dry)
  • 1 egg
  • Salt, pepper

Bowl

  • Handful greens
  • ½ avocado
  • 50g cucumber
  • 50g carrot (julienne or pickled)
  • Rice (if you want)

Peanut Sauce

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Lime juice
  • Water (to thin)

Instructions:

Cook millet
Boil 15 min → drain → let dry

 

Coat chicken
Salt → egg → press into millet

 

Cook
Pan-fry 5–6 min per side until crispy

 

Mix sauce
Just combine everything

 

Assemble

 Greens → veg → chicken → sauce
