Coconut Barley Porridge

Ingredients:

  • 100ml water
  • 1–2 tsp palm sugar or honey
  • Pinch of salt

Toppings

  • Mango (cubed)
  • Banana (sliced)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Coconut flakes (optional)

Instructions:

Cook barley
Boil in water 25–30 min → drain

 

Simmer
Add cooked barley + coconut milk + sugar + salt
Simmer 5–10 min until creamy

 

Assemble
Bowl → top with mango, banana, chia
Finish with coconut flakes
