Ingredients
- 1 banana
- ½ cup green grapes (frozen)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup green buckwheat
- 1 handful mint leaves (fresh)
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 5 to 7 ice cubes
How To Cook
1.Make sure to soak the green buckwheat in water for 8 hours, then remove the water.
2.Add all the ingredients in your blender and blend until well combined.
3.Serve immediately
